10/22 Scope hole screw size

Well I put a scope on my 10/22, and recently took it off.

Of course I lost those 4 little screws that plugged the holes in the top of the receiver. Likely because I never thought I'd take the scope off.

Does anyone know what size they are?
Where can I get a set?

Simplest is to take the screws that you removed from the scope mounts and have a gunsmith measure them and give you replacements

just buy a weaver style base. They're cheap (around $10) and come with srews. Plus they're a way better base than the standard dovetail.

My reply was the same as above so i edited it. But i guess there is a 3 character rule . All i could think was YUP. Some days im a real winner

last time i got them, i was at wholesale sports. i asked one of the guys at the couner where to get them, and he gave me a handful! i'm sure that they are basicly worthless, not many guys take off the scope and rail and leave it off!

Go over to thje gun shop in Kitchner and ask if they have any from previous scope mounts
