I just doesn't look right to me. Personal opinion of course, but I'd trim that stock back. Then it would be great

only problem with those cans is that they are all too large OD.
i would have to turn them down on a lathe so they would fit in the groove of the stock.


i think im just going to try making my own, im just worried about marking the barrel in the chuck when turning the threads into it.

open the wood up, or cut it back rather than turn the can down
