I have the syn stock w/o studs and am looking at the cheapest way to get studs on my rifle. I have seen aftermarket stocks with studs for $60 new, and have also seen aftermarket barrel bands with swivels attached to them, the rear stud needs to be drilled manually.

You guys have any suggestions

Thanks

The also came with the front stud than can be drilled into the stock.

Uncle Mike's swivels, about eight bucks for front and rear at Wally World. Drill front and rear and use plastic model cement on the threads for lubrication and to lock the swivel studs in place--that's what I did and it works great, and then you can use a bipod if you so desire, not so much with the barrel band swivel adapter. YMMV
