10/22 takedown at Canadian tire... For how much???

Be glad they have the prices you can see. HALF the time at our store the price tags are on the gun and theyre turned around so you cannot read the price. Only 1022 I know CT sell at that price is a Tactical bull barrel with bipod.
 
Geeee..... I should buy it! EE prices (with premium of course) for this thing would be at least $900 especially unfired!
 
CT does have room for negotiating all you need to do is ask. I have made 4 purchase from them in the last 13 months and they have always dropped the price below sticker even on a bulk ammo but, a stack on that was allready on sale. Whats the best we can do on that is the $$$ question
 
don't snub Canadian tires prices, sometimes they have no idea what they have wich is advantageous to you, I remember hearing guys getting nice shotguns pretty sure browning over unders that were in the 2000+ range for just over 900 bucks shop smart at crappy tire, and if you buy a rifle with only Canadian tire the cashier chicks eyes get as big as tennis balls well worth the time saving that good old paper CT money
 
I like buying guns at CT. Seems they always have something all the other stores don't have, sometimes at a good/great price. Like my 10/22 that came from factory without the barrel band or checkering. Love that stock as I can't find it anywhere else!
 
I've found that some of their prices on ammo are ridiculous as well, like Barnaul .223 that's more expensive than American Eagle. They also always keep jacking the price up $0.50 on boxes of ammo, but not changing the shelf labels, so you end up getting a box ammo for like $3 because of the scanning code of practice (sometimes they give $10 of every box because they don't understand the policy).
