Would an individual be able to bring one of these across the boarder? I have brought across a boyds stock before with no problems but this one is way more black and scary lol.

I really don't get the logic behind adding a folding stock to a takedown rifle... The barrel is the longest part at 18.5", making the rest shorter doesn't make its overall length shorter when taken down. It would if the barrel were shorter but then it would be restricted as it would be under 660mm OAL assembled and folded... Seems like a lot of money to spend on something that doesn't gain anything unless you want it restricted? You could throw a 10/22 carbine in a folder and have it 27" folded or buy a takedown and have it 18.5" when taken down. Putting both together makes it restricted so...? If we could have shorter guns like in the US then this would be awesome and totally justified in price and end result.
