Hey all,

I am in need of a replacement trigger blade for my BX 10/22 group.
Unfortunately.. I dun goofed when putting in an over travel stop and buggered mine up. (Feel free to laugh, when I stopped swearing at various inanimate objects I realized it is mildly funny)

Id like to get a nice Anodized red Aluminum one, or polished silver if I had the choice. But at the current moment ANY will do. Even a factory one.

So I was wondering, do any of you know where I can order just the trigger blade from so I don't have to buy an entire assembly?

Cheers,
Ty

Not picky, my memory sucks as much as my drilling skills apparently. Haha.
Passwords/Accounts arent my friend.

If I can call Questar, great.
Will also check out Brimstone.

Thanks all

The "trigger blade" (or trigger shoe) found on the BX trigger group
is very specific, meaning it is very different from the regular trigger.

On the market, as long as I know, there are no replacements offered yet
for any of the parts specific to the BX.

I thought the only difference was really the Seer, disconnect and hammer?

^^^^^^^
Trigger shoe as well.

Open the links posted above in this thread.
Keep the one you botched against the picture of the regular one
and you will see some of the differences.
Start with the distance between sear/trigger pin and the disconnector pin.
On the BX, that distance is smaller.
Also, the BX trigger shoe is profiled (stepped) inside the slot, where
the sear and disco go. The regular one has that pocket cut straight.

Or you can take out the trigger shoe from your old trigger group and compare...

Yes, I took apart BX triggers to see what the big fuss was about,
when they first came on the market.
I slightly modified a couple of them as well.
I did not brake or lose anything, thanks God.

I am not sure how badly faqued is your trigger shoe,
if it is about a hole drilled in the wrong place,
or if it is broken into 2 pieces, or whatever the case might be.
If that part is so important to you,
some products with names like "Liquid-Plastic", "Same Stuff",
filling compounds or specialty epoxies might (or might not) help.

Just an incorrect hole that frustrated me more at the time of the incident than it is now. Although Id like to replace it still, i can use it and live with it for now

Find a way to plug it.

After that, you can still drill and tap for overtravel screw
in the trigger group case (trigger guard) instead.
