10/22 trigger housing

Has anyone seen any metal Ruger 10/22 trigger housings around? WGP has finally run out

I just found one on EE last week. What's the big difference (besides the obvious difference in materials) between plastic and metal?

I can never get the plastic to work as smoothly as the metal, doing a new 10/22 build and I dont want to use the plastic, thanks anyways. Brownells only has plastic left also, they dont even list metal ruger housings anymore.

sometimes Brimstone has them.

Some people prefer the new crop of plastic housing as they have tighter tolerances and show some improvement. Or so I have read.

A recently acquired SR-22 receiver has a metal trigger housing. Maybe check for SR-22 trigger housings?

Somebody has replaced the polymer trigger group with a metal one on your SR22 BCP.
ALL SR22's come from factory with polymer T/G's

I dont think ruger produces the metal housings anymore, its getting harder and harder to find them. On a plus note I got one from the EE.
