10/22 Triggers…..what is the best?

I got Brimstone to do a tier 2 trigger job on my 10/22....its awesome 2lbs pull and trigger return system. took about a month but totally worth it.

Kidd and i will say out of any aftermarket trigger for any platform the kidd trigger I owned for my 10/22 was probably the very best trigger i have ever used and probably the most expensive

I've never tried a Kidd but I have several Volquartsen TG-2000's and they are very good. Very crisp.

You can't adjust the pull weight which is ~2.25lbs but you can adjust the pre and over travel which is nice. A touch of pre-travel is a good thing!

Ruger BX triggers are an upgrade from stock for sure but not the greatest. Worth $150? Yes... but a quality trigger makes a huge difference.

Kidd 2 stage is incredible. Single stage is good as well.
Kidd trigger job kit? I believe that's what its called is also really good.

How much money do you want to spend becomes the question.

I have the 2 stage, wouldn't get rid of it. I have shot there single stage trigger group and its very good. Trigger job kit I also own and well worth the money.

As a few have said rhe ruger bx trigger can be quite good i have one in a shorty build and i acrually like it but best to buy where you can try a few diffrent ones as there not all the same. But kidd is still king of the hill in my eyes

Brimstone was great and affordable. I believe he shut down last year.

Kidd is superb.

Anyone try TandemKross?

I have the TK Ultimate kit and it is a consistent 2lb pull.
It gets rid of the coil return spring for a torsion spring setup, feels light but with positive reset. The TK kit was actually developed with help from Brimstone.
Much nicer than my VQ trigger kit.

Bx is good enough for me. Only upgrades I did on my 10-22s. Affordable too.
If I was into competitions or making money with it, I'd probably go for the kidd.
It's a 22 at the end of the day
