10/22 underfold stocks on the webstore!

I picked mine up at the post office this morning and installed in about 20 minutes. Very easy installation and the instructions are easy to follow. Just make sure you fit the barrel to the action after installing the under-fold stock before you install the fore-end. There's a note with the instructions telling you to do this and why.
The Underfold Stock is definitely beefier than the factory stock, especially the fore-end. The stock fits tight to the action but not so much that it's difficult to install. The angle of the folder is such that it comes naturally to the shoulder making it easy to bring the sights into line. At least it is for me.
The lock is positive and the stock locks up nice and tight. All in all, this seems to be a very well built stock.

Sorry, no pictures. I installed it at work and my camera is at home.

Quick question, does the takedown fir in the sleeve of the carry bag with a both a scope and the pistol grip on it?

Thanks,

Mine is a pretty tight fit into the sleeve without a scope, so I kinda doubt it would fit.

Would it be possible to get the measurements from the center of the trunion to the butt plate? Also how long & how wide is the actual butt plate? I am inquiring about the regular model and not the takedown should there be a difference in size. I want to make sure it will fit me before I commit to buying one.

Thanks,

Hell yeaah this is a sweet stock!! Love it! If you're on the fence about this..stop thinking..just buy. Thank yourself later. You'll love it. I'm thinking I need an all black model too. I can see this being one of my favourite 10/22 builds. Folding stock is surprisingly sturdy. Coolest 10/22 product of 2014 thus far. Keep the 10/22 products coming. :)

Will they still fold and unfold with a 25 rounder in the gun? And will there by any wood-stocked ones coming to Canada in the future?

Wondering about the 25 rounders myself I assumed no, got mine today for my takedown and figured I'd find out!

The answer with a 25 round in is-

Ok folded closed is nice. Let's open...

Whaaaaa....

Oh snap! It's open without removing the 25 rnd mag!

The shoulder piece is thoughtfully cutout, so it clears the mag base by around 6cm or so. The finish of the polymer in areas is a little rough, but overall I have to say I'm very impressed with this stock. It feels like there was a lot of thought put into this design, based on how well things come together once assembled.

I have to say the size of this thing folded makes me think that there would be a real benefit to installing this on a full-size 10/22. While the takedown gets a bit smaller, this looks like it could bring a normal 10/22 within spitting distance (well, 10 inches or so) of the takedown. Pretty cool.

I guess I'll have to buy a full-size 10/22 and another stock now!

A mounted 3-9x scope will fit into the sleeve on the carry bag, as long as you use low scope rings. The pistol grip sticks out of the sleeve, but you can still zip up the bag (with a minor bulge).

Aaaaand I think I need this...

I wouldn't even care if it goes into the sleeve as long as it fits inside the main compartment with a 3-9 scope.

Anyone else have this problem...

I opened mine today to find the the area around the hole where the screw goes through to connect to the 10-22 frame is cracked, must of occurred when they drilled the hole...did not even get a chance to mount the rifle....

I emailed HICAL asking for a replacement or refund so lets see what happens.

Still can't thank you guys enough for bringing these stocks up here.

I have a 10/22 in pieces eagerly waiting for its new furniture.

We have been using the RIA 10-22 clones with very good results, the next underfold shipment is at the border, we should see them soon!
