10/22 v block screws. how much torque?

Can anyone with 10/22 with a bull barrel(.920) help with answering how many inch pounds or foot pounds of torque should be used when tightening these screws?

Check out rimfirecentral.com. They will know for SURE.

I just used blue loctite, and made it pretty snug. Don't reef on them or you'll strip the aluminum holes.
