Well, just finished removing some metal from my trigger and sear and polished both pieces as well as other areas and what a big difference. I don't have any means of measuring how many pounds but it is a lighter trigger pull and certainly much smoother. This is only the second 22 trigger assembly I've ever worked on other than my 597 and must say it was very simple, especially with all of the videos on Youtube as a resource and guide. Saved myself a few bucks by wanting to know how the gun works and by willing to take on the job.
I encourage anyone out there to not be afraid of the process, it is not that bad. Certainly didn't take me 9 hours. was all done in 45 minutes and that included eating supper in between.
