There is a site sponsor that had some federals. I will have to do a search since I cannot remember who it was at the time when another member asked

I buy federal 1 3/4oz from a local store. At $12.50/5 they aren't cheap but they are fun!

I can only speak for the federal slugs but the recoil is pretty manageable at least to me. I have 2 1/4 oz shotshells that recoil much more violently.
