...the pipe...you bet!
...2 full sets of briley chokes came with the bps i got last year
...i actually advertised for a 10 gauge reloading press for this gun and got the press and the bps and reloading components in a huge quantity and a lot more from a member who was looking to get out of 10 gauge...at least 1500$ worth for a fraction of that so i feel pretty lucky
...the briley chokes are a set for lead and a set for steel...6 total
...each set has tight enough chokes for turkey although there are none in my area since we are too far north...but this will make a great goose thumper
...cut ff the barrel and squared it myself and the new pad is a nice little spanish one off of a husqvarna 9.3x57 i got a year ago and put a nicer pad on it
...i like to carry 2 guns in a boat...when you go through all the work to get to where you're going and then to go out on the water and a gun malfunctions (or like when i was around 20 and one of my friends lost his over the side!!!) you don't want to call it a day for something so predictable really...mechanical things break
...although
...3macs1...i fully agree with your comments on another thread on 870 wingmasters...bought mine with 2 vent rib bbls in 1976 for ~$250...put chokes in one and sold the other years ago for 200$ (paid for the gun!)...gunned for hunt tests for years when i lived on the east coast plus hunting...that gun has killed literally thousands of birds...and at first people objected to a pump in the live bird blind but i VERY rarely had to cycle the action over the years...what a great gun...point and shoot...never a problem...never
...seems to be the same with this one now...simple
...can't wait til spring if i can get some snows set out in sufficient quantity i'll give it a go
