10 Gauge Coach Guns?

Hello Shotgun Nutz, can you guys tell me where I can find a 10 Gauge Coach Gun / SxS Shotgun? I've seen them on Youtube but I think they're all Americans. Wondering if we have them in Canada, and if so where can I buy one? Thanks in advance!

I don't think there is such a beast. If you really want one it might be easier to find a SXS and cut the barrels.

That didn't give much useful info.

I bought a cut down (legal) H&R single shot 10 gauge. I'd love a factory coach gun one.

I cut down a single shot Stevens 10g. It's tons of fun if you are into recoil. I have been searching for a suitable SxS to cut down as I have been unable to find a factory gun short enough.

I found a list of currrent manufacturers of 10g shotguns. I found a list of 10g shotguns currently up for auction. I found three retailers with 10g doubles, in stock, for sale. All from that link.

In to pain, huh? Does Remington still make the SP10 - I saw someone use one of those once, didn't look like fun.

Yeah looks like a pump 10 gauge and a bunch of American sites. The search isn't anything about a coach gun, or Canadian.

I know this is an older thread but I recently found this Remington 10 gauge here on the ee. Cost was less than your average used 870. Its on the wall above my fireplace but I could take it down and shoot if I wanted. If you want a coach gun its gotta have exposed hammers!

Asked Wolverinesupply same questin not long ago. Other than single shot 10 Ga. shotgun, only Browning still making semi-auto 10Ga, 3-1/2 shotgun, and BPS pump.
Unless an used one is ok for you, I personally like a brand new one for some reasons, really not much choices left.

"Sadly you’re pretty much right there- the 10ga. is nearly extinct, and there are very few options on the market for them these days. Sadly with the advent of 3.5” 12 gauge shell, the 10 gauge doesn’t provide a lot more performance. Regretfully though there’s nothing on the market right now like what you requested with a silver receiver and wood stock.

The only new-manufacture 10 gauge shotguns we have access to are made by Browning, and are only available in pretty bare-bones configurations for waterfowling. The BPS pump action and Browning Gold semi auto are the only two made right now. The BPS is available in both camo and black synthetic, and the Gold is available only in camo. I understand that’s not really what you’re looking for, but sadly that’s all we can get for now."
