Hello Folks

I am currently thinking about a 10 gauge for a new shotgun. Wondered what experiences people have had. I am thinking pump, but autoloader is not out of the question. Whats the scoop, who makes them, who made them in the past. And what kind of quality is available.

I bet that is a beauty gun, do you have pictures of it, I know you don't want to part with it, I would just like to see such a gun. If you have time please send me some pictures, if not that is just fine, thank you for the imput.

The new Rem SP-10 Turkey makes me feel funny in a dirty place.

I have a Ithica mag 10 workes well & fun to shoot. I had a Browninig pump but could not hit a dame thing with it - poor fit for me. I had 2 SxSs before that and am sorry that I sold them.

You're allways sorry when you sell those.

The Browning pump 10 ga is the worst balanced, most ungainly shotgun I've ever handled. I won one in a DU raffle. Sold it without ever taking a shot. it was well built and nicely finished, but I think you'd need to be 7' tall and 300 lbs to shoot it. I'm 6' and 200 lbs. No way could I handle that thing, and I shoot shotguns a LOT.

I do have a soft spot for my "Roadblocker".....when she fires....well you now it for sure......so does anyone around you.

I have a BPS with a 26" barrel and love it, my friend has the same with a 28 and I tried the 30" both I will agree with not fitting and hard to shoot. Must be all that metal up front.

Buddy of mine has the BPS 10 and once in a while I will borrow it. Im so used to my cycle length, that not too often i get more than one shot off. I dont pull back far enough. Just that I am not used to it. If your are used to it then its ok I guess. However the weight is something else. The gun is just so long that it is hard to shoulder real fast. I find that when I start swinging it, I cant get it to stop.
