What is the cut off for retroactive discount then? Where would it end? Seems simple. Sale is from day 12 - 15, not 11-16 or 10 - 15 of 12- 16. Before placing an order ask if a sale is coming up.

Even though I agree with you, many retailers across Canada and the US (not specific to firearms or accessories) usually do have a grace period if an item was just purchased and a sale comes up. Typically a week up until a month are offered -- retailer (and item) dependent.
 
Sorry guys. One tavor FDE is mine. Can't beat the price when people on CGN are selling their used ones for almost or the same price.

Wanted to place a second order, not asking to combine. Will likely be sold out while I wait anyways.

Exactly that's what I was hoping.
No big deal though thought I would just ask.
Gives me a excuse to buy more.
