10 or 5 round mags for 858?

I bought mine from Milarm in Edmonton. Was a bit pricey at 49 bucks but works well in the bush where the 30/5 mags get hung up. Also good for bench shooting. I think it is a 10-12 round body, leaves enough to grab for mag changes. Holds the 5 rounds just fine and functions 100%.
 
Still waiting for someone to make a VZ 58 pistol with a 10 round mag. Something along the lines of the LAR-15 PISTOL for AR fans. Then we could have 10 round pistol mag's which just so happens fit our CZ 858's.
 
i bought mine from wolverine, it was a factory 5 rounder, no pins and such.

bill at "the wood joynt" here in brandon also seems to carry them.

RA's 7.62x39mm XCR pistol is already out. Someone just need to import them into Canada in "sufficient quantities".

Too bad the XCR uses a different type of mag. We'll need to change the magwell in order to use RA's 10 round mags.
 
Next time You are in Prague, buy few 10 or 20 rounders and have the gunsmith at the gun shop there pin them they do it free. Also more easy way ask the guy from sa58.cz if he would pin his 10rounders or 20rounders to 5 and send them to Canada, they may do it

if i remember correctly, mine was slightly stiffer to load, but if i had to put a % on it, it couldn't have been 10% more than my 5/30 rounders.

plus with the short 5 rounder in the rifle it makes it look sleeker :)

If its a pistol mag, it still has to be limited to 10 regardless of action, or whether its .22 for example.

If its a rifle mag, then that's a little grayer...I think you'd find yourself in prison if you used it with a semi.
