10 round 1911 mags in 9mm?

Does anybody make 10 round single stack mags in 9mm for the 1911? Just picked up my SAM 1911A1 Military on Canada Day and would love to have that one extra round.
 
My friend is deep into IPSC and he uses .40S&W mags for his 9mm 1911. They hold 10 rounds of 9mm in a (9 rounds of .40 in a).40 magazine. He claims they work great and are very reliable. I've shot his 9mm several times and had no problems. Admittedly it is pretty Mickey Duck but if it works???? He didn't rebend the feedlips or anything either. The mags are all stock.
 
@carsmovies - I have google searched it and only found one or two mags which didn't specify if they were double stack or single stack. And all of them were from the states and I'm not 100% clear on the import laws for firearms and firearm parts.
Thanks for the suggestion on the Tripp Research mags. Anywhere in Canada you can orde these?
 
I guess some aren't as google search savey as me. Lol. Tripp mags you order straight from Tripp in the states or you can find a Canadian retailer to sell you Wilson combat mags which are just as good.
