Is this mag a Bernardelli Model 100 mag by any chance? The square metal back on it measures 4" long and is .430" wide. Believed to be made by Triple K and previously identified as a Beretta M 70,71 series mag but will not fit those guns, too wide for one thing. Now believed to be for the Beretta Model 948.Picture 550.jpgPicture 551.jpgPicture 552.jpgPicture 553.jpg

A Bernardelli would be .441 inches wide and 3.938 long. The rear slot at the top of the magazine is very similar to the picture you have. Original Bernadelli follower is aluminum and a different profile. Also has the screw head on the other side. The spine has a swan logo and a triangle with V B G. I don't have a Triple K unit to compare, unfortunately, but did notice that the feed lips were quite sharp on a different type of Triple K unit.
