10 round Ishapore Enfield .308 mag in M305?

Would be nice if a manufacturer here would make some AIA mags for a reasonable cost.

Would be nice wouldn't it...... LOL

None of our canadian manufacturers seem to have the will or deep enough pockets to make it happen.
If it hasn't already happened..... It never will
What would be even cooler would be a canadian made 308 bolt action that takes a mag based on an m14 mag body like the AIA
Would be well within the capabilities of more than a handful of canadian liscenced manufacturers.
Or .... Companies with solid contacts in asia that import stuff like dominion, norinco ect, could easily have a enfield clone made in 308 with the same mag..... Why Canam hasn't done it...... Kinda surprises me :D

Northern Republic Magazine has a thread about bringing in some aftermarket 10/20 AIA magazines to the market. Go check their forum now.

I'm tired of chasing AIA mag threads around the various forums.
When I can see em and touch em I'll believe it ;)

It really surprises me that no one in Canada has started making home grown magazines - it happened here in NZ... for all the ARs in the country...

That's right. You're getting it now.

...and apparently those mags are super-spendy, like over $100. Not because they're titanium nitrided, either

I paid over $200 for mine a few years ago......works great though. I use slipper clips to load it......7 rounds seems to work best until my clips break in a bit.
