10 Round Magpul 5.56 PMAG GEN2/GEN3, Permanently Modified.

This is a PMAG manufactured 10 round magazine - just like the RRA Pistol mags.

Anyone KNOW why these are limited to 5 when they are designed to fit in common .223 AR type pistols? Im piuzzled since there are few legal manufacturers of 10 cap mags that are all legal for use in Canada.

Because they aren't designed for pistols. Magpul makes them for rifles. They just happen to fit pistols.

RRA mags aren't designed for rifles. They are made for pistols. The just happen to fit rifles.

Very simple really, C Product mags are labelled as magazine for the RRA model LAR-15 pistols, the ASC mags are labelled as magazine for the Robinson Arm XCR Micro pistol and CAA mags are labelled as magazine for the ATRS AT-15 pistol, so any common 10 round pistol mags without a named pistol is a no go.

Do NOT try to understand the laws, it will simply make you insane, hence qualified to make new laws should you get elected.
There is NO common sense in the gun laws, they are 99% emotionally based.
