In regards to the Glock...
I'd like ot know how they will deal with the plastic pins (i.e. trigger housing and locking block); Now they are pressed to fit (tight plastic on plastic) there are no other ways to retain them.
Would this new metal frame incorporate their own pins? or some spring detents perhaps for a metal pin? If so that'd be very cool!

It's cool to have options , in anything really .
But , this would only be a usefull indevor if someone is going to make a complete gun and get it acepted to the IPSC production list .
Otherwise it's one more item that you can't use or it will bump you up into the next class where the gun is already at a percieved disadvantage .

Another nice advantage with these frames is that you can change the grip feel and angle. Thus the Glock frame can be made more user friendly for those who like the 1911 frame angle, for those with smaller hands etc. This promises to be a popular option for those who are curently limited to having a custom job done to their glock frames.

I shoot/carry a G20 and find the grip to be just a little to large in the rear area of the grip resulting in the gun naturally pointing high for me. I also find the trigger guard to be a little to small when I wear gloves.
I'd be very interested in the s/s but mostly the titanium frame for the G20.
The other thought that I have been having was to get the rear of the grip reduced. If it can be done it would be alot cheaper to just reduce the grip area than buy an entire new frame.
Does anyone in Canada reduce the Glock frames?

No no, they've been out for a long time. Bruce Willis said so years ago in an esteemed Hollywood documentary. The part that amazes me is how the polymer frame manages to conceal a half pound of lead and brass from the metal detectors, an aluminum frame would surely loose this ability.
