So I have 10000 brass to case trim, I have a lee hand trimmer with a drill adapter, Is there a faster way to do this?

Do you need 10000 brass all at once? If not, do it it small batches as you need it.

Bingo. Unless you need to use a special sizing die (e.g., neck sizing, or a bushing die), it is impossible to be faster than the Dillon 1200B - since you have to size anyway, and it trims at the same time.

If you do need to use a specific sizing die, then trim later, Giraud or Gracey.

I have the same lee setup and i can do it just about as fast as that contraption. Not to mention you won't need ear plugs to stop that annoying sound. Just stick with the lee and do them 500 at a time per night and they'll be done in no time.

The only way you could approach the speed of the Giraud using Lee Case Length gauges is with a drill press. Even then, you still have to chamfer the case mouths afterwards, while the Giraud does it all in one shot.

Dillon is the way to go.

Get a used 1200b case trimmer and a 650 with a case feeder and you are set.

I had 15k .223 brass and 9k 30-06 to resize and trim, and this did it quite efficiently.

Its for 223. And thanks for the info guys. I'll have to look into it. And as for doing it a little at a time. I like would like to get it over and done with.
