1022 mag release escape attempt - help requested

Hi All,

I cleaned my 1022 after a range session today, I broke it down as I usually do (only 3rd time, new gun new shooter...). As a noob I just get the stuff that needs cleaning, I don't touch trigger groups or anything that ends in me paying a gunsmith for my mistakes....anyways...

I was just putting it away when I heard something drop, and the mag release just came off..(loose pin?).....

I managed to recover three parts from a very dark rug...

question 1 am I missing anything from this assembly?
question 2 is there a video to help me put it back?
question three (2 parter) Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix for a loose pin?

You're missing he mag plunger spring.
It's pretty large so you should find it fairly easy.
It's # B-37 in the schematic

Once u get it put back together put a dab of nail polish on the outside if the housing on the head of the pin.

The pins fit pretty loose, easy for them to fall out when they are out of the receiver.

Ya the pins are pretty loose on some of them.I put a small piece of electrical tape on each side.
