10mm 1911

Oh yeah 10mm's my favorite semi-auto handgun cartridge since the fall of 1987 when Colt first introduced their Colt Delta Elite I got to try one out at a gun club Colt show bought the first one I could find in the spring of 1988.

In all those years I have only purchased 2 boxes of factory ammo still have 7 of one box left = I reload and was on the forefront of pushing the pressure/load limits following Mike Mcnett's lead on Glock Talk 10mm Reloading forum.

blued Colt Delta Elite
Glock 20
Glock 29
Kimber Stainless Target 11
18" T/C Contender carbine barrel

I have 40S&W barrels for the Glocks would like to get one for the Kimber as well.

Anyone recommend some good 10mm mags? The Delta came with two but.... well you know.... more is better!

That's a nice DE. I was searching for one as well but stumbled into a Springfield that is now a 40 and 10

I have had 100% reliable feeding with Wilson ETM 45 acp mags. Even factory loaded 40 S&W which are notoriously hard to feed in a 1911 go through like greased bananas.

Springfield did market a 10mm "Omega" for a while. A joint venture with another organization I believe. There are some who say buy one if you can find one, but I have no idea how many were made or if many (if any) made it north of the border.

Yes I knew about the Omega. I was referring to currently marketing a 10mm. I'd like to see it in black stainless like my loaded operator.
