10mm auto...do you make em spicy?

I chrono'd Winchester white box 180 grains out of my 18.6" barrel. They are quite accurate, but the chronograph confirmed my suspicion that they are loaded very softly. 1250 fps was the approximate average I saw, time to get some blue dot and see how rapidly I can fling 180 gold dots or XTP's at errant flora and faunae.

Longshot will give higher velocities with less powder than Blue Dot. Those are two powders I have put over the chronograph hundreds of times each.

Any accuracy variations? I’m really happy with the groups now.

I don't recall any loads that didn't shoot well enough to notice. Definitely nothing wrong with Blue Dot, it's what I used for a long time before switching to Longshot. Longshot has the advantages of lower charge weights, better metering, less flash and a top velocity 50-100fps higher. I use it for bullets ranging from 135 to 200 grains. Blue Dot loses a lot of steam on the extreme ends of bullet weight whereas Longshot continues to perform very well.
