I thought the bbl. in a Glock didn't like lead projectiles? I also go by the velocity of the projectile, over 1000 FPS I use jacketed.
You can shoot lead, you just need to keep an eye on the fouling and clean the bore more frequently.
glock uses polygonal barrels and they do not work with lead bullets. they have to be plated or jacketed. because the barrel is not rifled (grooves and lands) lead fouling shouldn't be a problem but forget accuracy.
Bollocks. I've been shooting lead out of my stock Glocks since 1993 with no more accuracy issues than any other gun. I have over 45,000 rounds of lead out of one of my 19's.
