So I've got a Remington 1100 but it only holds 4 shells ( 2 3/4") in the mag .
I want 5 of them , anyone know who sells the parts to do this ?
I see Remington sells a tactical 1100 with an extention but it would appear to go past what I'm mandated to play with .
So what are my options .
Thanks

Anything designed for the 870 will work. One round extensions are available but in my ming they just don't look right on anything other than a 14" barrel. Another option is to get what ever size extension will look right for your barrel (+2 for 18.5", +3 for 20", etc..) and have it modified to only accept one extra round. I've heard of guys press fitting aluminum plugs for a very permanent mod.

Please keep in mind that your 1100 is limited to 5 rounds of the longest ammo the barrel is chambered for. That doesn't mean the mag extention has to allow five rounds and nothing more. As long as a sixth round of standard ammo can't be inserted, you are legal.

I can't wait for someone to make a decent 3.5 inch chambered semi that will still feed 2 3/4 from the mag properly.

No it's a 2 3/4" gun and I'm thinkin he RO's would punt me in a three gun if I squirrelled a few more in there .
On a side note I think its really cool how in a few minutes I can take my trap gun ( long barrel/nice wood ) and turn it into a tactical looking shotgun ( 19" ported barrel/pistol grip/extended magazine) that will work well for three guns with out doing any gunsmith type modifications .
One gun with dual roles , I love it .

I have an 11-87 dual set up the same way. badboybeeson has all sorts of quality tactical accessories for your shotties.
