normal, shoot on. It will settle in and stop getting worse. The parts are mating them selves to each other. In a perfect world, they would be fit up tight at the factory, but that would probably double the cost of the pistol..
 
My SD9 was 100% reliable out of the box but couldn't get past that awful trigger. It's off to a new home now. If I had kept mine I would have checked to see if it was the same as I shot 3 boxes total (brass cased factory ammo).

As a general rule, most manufacturers don't recommend steel/aluminum cased ammo in their pistols.

I can't believe people are saying that this is normal (especially after only 150 rounds). Peening of the barrel lugs is most definitely not normal.
