Do a search for these:
CZ 30mm Scope Rings 11mm Dovetail CZ 452/511 (They are for 22s, but look solid.)
On EE there's a removable one piece ringmount that is for 11mm rail: Optilock Valmet Hunter Ring Set. Good quality and rare unit, but a bit pricey, though. I don't know if it comes with 30mm rings already.

Scroll down to one-piece mounts for 11mm dovetails. The first comes with 30mm rings, the other is simply a detachable Weaver rail. If this is what you are looking for, I'd get the one with rings - these rings are very strong and well made. Also, for a double rifle, quick-detach scope mount would be a good option.
