12.5 Inches Barrel Shotgun with Knoxx Folding Stock

A 14" barrel gives you way more options including running a plus one extension.

I hate to say it but sunray is correct on the overall length and adding accessories to get there.....it's not something I'd like to argue in court against people funded by taxpayers.
He's a wrong about the "most useless thing on the planet" comment.

A Shockwave technologies birds head or a home made birds head of appropriate length and a 14 inch barrel is about as good as it gets if you "need" to have a small PGO.

Shotguns with no stock are the most useless things on the planet. Adding a sling doesn't add to the length. Doubt the swivel button does either.
Blackhawk shows Quebec and other Provinces on their dealer locator, but it doesn't show and dealers. Suspect their site isn't working properly. Contact 'em and ask.

Another ####ing sunray comment... single point sling plate (as suggested) certainly does.

The sling plate with the pistol grip moves the grip further away from the trigger which can be uncomfortable if you have shorter fingers, it also leaves a noticeable gap where the grip meets the trigger guard because most pistol grips are molded to fit snug

When I was using a Knoxx folding stock, I put a sling swivel on my mag cap and it got me over 26". I found the wire stock incredibly painful to use, ended up cutting off the wires, leaving just the pistol grip.

Why not use the Blackhawk M4 style stock and chop the buffer tube to a length that couldn't be argued with?
They come up on the EE from time to time for under $100.

I was gone to go that route until I actually used a pistol grip only shotgun, it looks tidy and it's nice and compact but unfortunately that was all it was for me.

To answer your question on adding a breacher choke may give you that extra inch. I'd thread-lock it on though. Here's the e-law section on definition of barrel length (near the bottom). They exclude flash suppressors and brakes. A breacher attachment that's permanently afixed?

Barrel length is not the same as overall length.

A stock isn't permanently attached and it counts to overall length.

i can only imagine the thought process in a judges mind when 2 shotguns are put in front of him via a picture during trial, 1 is half an inch shorter then the other one. The half inch will ruin a life, take away possible employment and ruin family members lives. I would like to think that he would use his better judgement, i would also like to think police would do the same. Perhaps i am being naive.
