Question: are they converted to centerfire or are they still rimfire? If rimfire, how can you reload cartridge? I consider buying one but reloading is a factor. Thanks!

I think just the Danish ones were RF. BTW I think this is very cool, shooting guns that are pushing 150 years old.

The Sweds started out as Rimfires ( I have a few rounds as it turns out), but were converted.

There are two cartridges. 12.17 RF and 12.77x44 CF. The 12.77x44 guns were never rimfire. These actions were reheated and rebarreled to 8x58R. The R at the end of 12.77x44R and 8x58R is rimmed, not rimfire.
