I was wondering the same, but from the perspective of a programmer, I'm pretty sure the only thing that's actually 'confirmed' by the entry page is signing up for the mailing list, theoretically you can just click "i did it" or whatever it says, and you're good to go. That said, I have no qualms promoting CanadaAmmo, and am sharing every day. I've already liked them, so I just click that I did it every day.

You have to enter every day as each give away is a separate contest. Like the new post for the new item every day and then go back and click that you liked it and you're good to go. As for the sharing, I do it on my iPhone, which is logged onto facebook all the time, so it automatically shares the contest after hitting share from their contest page.
 
I won!

I won a set of targets and I don't have facebook and usually never win anything, there is always the email list option ant it worked. Now, I hope my luck did not run out because it looks like the prizes are getting better everyday of the giveaway.
