The "plastic primer holder/dispenser" does not come with the Lee Load-All II and is not needed.

I think you need to read the manual of your Lee Load-All II.

Again the Lee Load-All II comes with everything to prime and de-prime hulls.

Try that link , the inset is designed to allow a center punch to line up on the exiting primer and push it out with the hull sitting in the base. For primming just use the insert with the hull on a wood plank works just fine, so you can spread a few primers out on the plank and just go from primer to primer. small hammer or the like is all you need with a center punch. Tho might need to adjust the insert for what ever center punch you are using
