12 Gauge Bulk Slugs

Best price as of May 2024? I’ve recently found some for .83c / round for Score. Looking to pick up a few flats. Is there better deals out there for some bulk stuff? Slug range use for target practice.

Wild Wednesday at the big box store has a good deal on 12 gauge HV slugs today. 80 cents each before the government gets involved.

I could but .60c a slug @ Budget doesn’t make much difference when I can buy factory loaded for around that .80c mark.

I picked up Lyman 12ga and 20ga slug molds, not the foster but the sabot type. I read that the sabot type in a smoothbore 20ga works great with an open choke, the 12ga is not as good through a smoothbore but I want to check them anyway.

With the cost of basic foster slugs at almost $2 a shot I figured something had to give and I can get sheet lead from a friend.
