12 Gauge MEC Grabber

I currently reload on an old MEC 400 (originally designed for paper hulls), I'm thinking about buying a used 12 Gauge MEC Grabber press. It is approx. 10 years old but has been used very little. I would be using it for loading trap/skeet type loads with Win AA compression formed hulls and/or Remington gun club hulls. Is the MEC Grabber a good press?

IMHO the MEC Grabber is a great reloading press (I own two; one in 12 ga. and the other in 20 ga.).

I've never used one, but most of the guys at Sporting Clays seem to prefer the MEC 9000.

The "Grabber" is a great press. And half the money of a 9000.

I have 4 Grabbers in each skeet guage. All over 20 years old and still working just great. Advantage of the Grabber over the 9000 is that you can back it up if you have a mishap!
