I also wanted an all round semi for clays and waterfowl, The 11-87's they make today wont cycle all the light trap loads consistantly, (accordint to the Remington customer service).
What caught my eye and just had to have it was the Remington 1100G3. Its great for trap and great on the field. Very Happy with my purchase.
