$129......wholesale sports..$159+ and cabelas,a few dollars more..........like gas on the island,its a great time to buy.....

If you were to drive up here to buy the sks for $129 you wouldn't really be getting it for $129 or your vehicle must be excellent on gas.

Got a $100 CABELAS gift card at Christmas.......so to my way of thinking, my Next SKS from them will be an excellent shape,laminated stocked letter gun........$100 bucks cheaper than advertised...Ya gotta make it interesting somehow!!!!!!!!!! unlike our southern cousins that hope for a RUSSIAN SKS and pay Xtimes for a well used one,. and we get all the accessories,uaually in the box !!!!!!!!!

Gone Fishing will always be my favorite island store. Wholesale Nanaimo isn't bad for when Gone Fishing doesn't have what you want. All that hype on Cabella's and all we got was a hunting/fishing store that over charges everything. But hey, they've got 9 different meat grinders to pick from.

Haha so true @ cabelas, in Edmonton you get to drive across the city and 90% of the time the dont have what you need.

But like you said, they have tons of smokers, meat slicers, grinders and knife sharpeners.
