A few years ago I got a guy on cgn here named "broncoo" to do it. Awesome work, he's a metal fab guru. Without getting too technical, tabbing a bolt carrier for a cz858 eliminates the "gremlin" issue that was an issue on some guns. If you have a csa your good, they're already tabbed from the factory. Since 858's aren't being imported currently and pretty much everyone out there that got one in the past has done the mod or doesn't need the mod since their rifle is somehow immune, it might be tricky finding someone to do work on one.

He did mine within the last year, i'm very happy with it.
