12G 2-3/4" Duck/Goose Shell Recommendations?

I'm looking for 12G 2-3/4" shotgun shells that I can use in an old Belgian Browning Auto 5 with a PolyChoke installed. I want to use it for ducks and geese so I need something Non-Toxic. I'm having a tough time finding anything as it seems to all be either steel or 3"+.

I know I should just get a newer gun but I really love the Auto 5...

Do you guys have any recommendations?
 
Supposedly the Belgian barrels can't shoot steel... I'm seeing lots of people online that do it anyways and it's fine though. I'm thinking about patterning some steel shot on imp cyl and working my way down to see how it goes...
 
It's my understanding that the Belgian barrels may have a problem with steel in a fixed full choke, bunging the end of the barrel in a ring. But with your poly choke opened up to IC or Cylinder, what could go wrong? Certainly not at the chamber end, and scratches in the main part of the barrel don't occur with modern Steel shot wads.
