Hey I am thinking that I would like to get a shotgun that has a 22lr attached to the bottom of it. Do they make such a thing? If so could someone point them out to me?
I think that they would make really camp guns for the north country.

Just bought one last month; haven't even had a chance to take it out, yet. The one I bought is a series S - has a bit of a nicer stock, although I think the difference is primarily in the finish.

Mine's a .22LR over 20 gauge.

What CBMS is asking for is not so easy to find. 12 gauge and .22LR is not a common combination. The Savage is available in 20 gauge with a .22 rimfire, but the moment you move up to 12 gauge the rifle becomes a centre fire, with .22 Hornet being the smallest available round. Same thing with the Tikka 412/512, all centre fire with a 12 gauge. Does anyone know of a 12 gauge / .22LR combo off the shelf?

Of course, Peter Hoffer in Ferlach can build one for you, but you better start saving your pennies now.

This guy thinks he's got a model 24 in .22LR/12 ga.:

Granted, even he can't find another one.

There's also a dealer in the States called "Katherine Hunting and Fishing" That currently advertises a used Rossi 12 gauge over .22LR combo in stock.

Sharptail is right in the sense that a 12 ga/.22LR combo will be exceedingly hard to find, but they do exist.

Also, if you have a source for .22 Savage HP ammo, Tradex has a bunch of used Valmet combo guns in 12 ga over .22 Savage HP.
