12g adapters

I have 2 3/4 inch adaptors for 12g in .22lr and 357, I got them from some dude in Duncan BC who was selling at a gun show. I have to say, try to get them in longer than 2 3/4 inches because the accuracy simply isn't there, I can't even hit the paper at 25 yards with the 22lr.

I'm guessing that 3-4 inches of rifling is what's needed to get decent accuracy at 25-50 yards, but that's just a guess.

I got some from dina arms crop. 9mm and .22

No problem hitting paper with a red dot mounted on shotgun.

No prob plinking steel targets with ghost rings

That being said, a longer length than 2 3/4 would probably improve accuracy significantly.

Just ordered some from gunadapter.com .410, 20g, and .22 ran be about 70$ They say the .410 and 20g are as accurate as the real thing, of course the .22 and other bullets meant for rifled barrels wont be as accurate, but fun anyway

I haven't tried my 12 to 20 yet, but the 12 to 410 hits about 2"low and to the left at about 30paces. Not great but I expected that being such a gap between the 2 gauges.

Let us know how they work. I've been looking at gagemate gold sets for 10-12 and 12-410. They're $170 a pair. It doesn't say a length but they appear 4-5" long. I've used 8" tubes in 410 from a 12ga and they worked great
