Canada ammo at one time had a batch of them . I run guns( us side had them ) , they pop up on EE once in a while . Any good machinist could turn some out .

What length are you looking for? Briley makes campanion tubes and full length tubes. Savage has the four 10ers. Short lane has various models as well

I cant imagine the group size is very good at anything more then the muzzle for the short tubes. Anyone have any experience?

Also, how the heck does shell length work in these things? If the 12g is chambered to 2 3/4", does that mean one is restricted to only 2 1/2" 410 shells?

I have savage four tenners that are about a foot long. 3" chambers. They will work in 2.75" and 3" 12ga guns. The tubes are designed to work in 12ga chambers and they themselves can be chambered for 2.5 or 3" shells. I have no issue shooting skeet however i loose about 100fps using my tubes.
Briley campanion tubes work just as well. The ones only the length of the shell are kinda useless but anything 8" or more work well inside 25 yards with longer tubes being better of course. The higher end tubes also include choke tubes but they are not cheap.
