Any ideas as to cartridge dimensions on this fella?

I would suggest taking a wax chamber cast of one of the chambers in the cylinder. That will give you the maximum dimensions for the loaded round. Also use a feeler guage to find the rim thickness and slug the bore

I think you would be wise to measure your chamber first before you try the poke and fit method of dropping shells in until you find one that doesn't rattle too much
