Hi there
Fairly new to reloading, quick question, is a 130 gr Ttsx out of a 300 wm going 3400 fps asking to much of that bullet, for deer, is there a too fast?
Thanks in advance

Can't drive them fast enough to hurt a TSX bullet. May run into some bloodshot meat if you poke the wrong spot, but nothing wrong with lazer like trajectories.........
My Barnes manual lists
IMR 4064 with start grains 64 @ 3310 f/s and max charge of 68.5gr @3499 f/s with a 90% load density.
IMR 4350 - start grains 73.5 @ 3298 f/s and max charge of 78.5 gr @ 3541 f/s with 100% load density.
HUNTER start grains 75 @3355 f/s and max 81 grains @ 3572 f/s with 94% load density
Reloader 19: start grains 78 @ 3343 f/s and max 83 grains @ 3548 f/s with 103% load density. (slight compressed)
Reloader 15: start grains 63.5 @ 3267 f/s and max 69 grains @3491 f/s with 90% load density.
Now that there's some flat shooting metal.

They are a lazer beam. I throw 120 tsx's faster than that out of my 7wsm, and they are fairly decisive on deer sized stuff at closer ranges (sub 500 yards).
