I found a place locally that sells the aimpoint clone batteries on the cheap, the Dollar Giant. Yup, $1 for one, or something like. I bought alot. I don't care how long it lasts. batteries cheap. I thought I saw some cr123's so I'll pick some of them up too on the cheap

At our local Giant Tiger store, I can buy a 5-pack for $0.99. They seem to work fine so far in my clone Aimpoint. Even if they only last 50% of the normal life, they're a bargain. For a couple of bucks, I have an extra 5 "reloads" for my Aimpoint in my shooting bag. BTW, they're alkaline rather than ni-cad. Made in China though, so all you China bashers can't buy them

I would seriously rethink about using cheap-o CR123's. Here is a link to some Battery Station CR123's exploding inside a flashlight

Do we know if they are holding POI with dialing up down and arround????

I am considering one but would like to know that it will hold POI on my M305 after dialing distance in.......

Is that still the case? So it costs an extra 4% (or whatever (FRAUD ALERT) is charging now) to buy via a credit card... that sucks. :( I hate paying those fees.

Especially to a company that is Anti-Gun. I wish gunnutz would stop giving them money.

clone legality

Hey guys. I'm looking for a scope similar to the ones sold by 1337 tactical. I've read here that they have quite the following. I'm very curious as to the legality of these scopes, ie are they considered pirated because it is a clone or are they completely legal? I'm not posing a moral question here, just the cold, hard, legal facts.
thx

I doubt they're legal, the companies being violated are probably unaware and have not yet filed lawsuits.

They are made in China. That said it all
Just look at the PLA, 90% of the Chinese military is copied stuff from the Russian, French, US, Israeli etc...

Everything from pistols, airplanes, ships, subs, missiles, rifle is copied

No one with Norinco product got sued, no worries there, same thing
