There are only the two roll pins in the lower... you can buy the punches, and if you're going to be doing a number of builds that might make sense, but for just one or two builds you can use Vise Grips... I'd use more electrical tape than is pictured here, but otherwise...

Yes Brownell sells them all, the last time I checked the roll pin holders and roll pin starter sets were back ordered. Sorry I don't know the stock number off hand but if you go to their web site and do a search for them under tools, you should be able to find them.
Just did a quick search on Brownells' site and it looks as if they are back in stock .
