I just bought a box of these last weekend and I have read to load them .050" off the lands. What is the easiest way to measure this? I read on the Barnes website 59gr of H4350 is max load @ 93 percent. What should I be looking at as far as velocity if I work up to this amount?

I would reference the Barnes manual for rough velocity numbers.
If I were you, I would start out by loading the TSX down so the first relief groove (closest to the ogive) of the bullet is flush with the mouth of the case. That should be a good place to start.
