Here’s some bullet deformation, will the VLD stem correct this?

My LEE seater did that to them too. A Forster Benchrest Seater took care of it tho, and the loaded ammo is straighter. I'm guessing the VLD stem would help?
 
Exactly. Generally too much neck tension or compression loads causes this.

42gr H4350 in Peterson brass. I did not resize them as the fit looked right and those are new brass.

They will be correctly prepped when once fired, I loaded 100 90gr and 50 147gr.

they might be compressed a bit but not much. I tried seating some in step and it only the last 1/8in do this. I could try to pull a bullet and try seating one without powder.
