15-22 barrel tools

Found a company in the US that sells barrel tools. tacticool22 and hwsteel inc.
One for the remove the handguard and one to remove the barrel extender and extractor.
Ive ordered the barrel tool from tacticool and the extender from HWsteel inc.
When Im finish with them, Is anyone needing them in Canada?
Im also looking for a gunsmith to either turn down the barrel or better yet, make a new barrel.
With everything apart, Im hoping to get a barrel made.

S&W M&P 15-22

The only aftermarket barrels I can find come from the UK. Google Suffolk Rifle Company. The guy will make pretty much anything length and profile you want. I was thinking of ordering a 12" standard profile one from him. Pricing wasn't cheap - Around £ 225 + freight from the UK, but it's pretty much the only option if you want a shorter barrel for your 15-22. The pricing made me reconsider, and I'm waiting to hear more feedback on the NEA .22 (since it comes in a short barrel option) before I decide if I want to dump that kind of money into my 15-22.

Looks like a 10.5" barrel is an option. There doesn't seem to be much info out there on them. Not sure if they're even in circulation yet. Anyone have any info on these?

So would the nea-15 be compatable with the 15-22?

No. From what I understand the NEA lower is a standard AR lower. Which means you could use any standard AR upper on it. The S&W is a proprietary lower that is not compatible with standard uppers.
